United Edge understands what clients need. Our design team offer a complete design system that evaluates and integrates structural designs that meets building code. Our team will ensure your rough framing cycle times and in-place costs are substantially reduced.

Quality Manufacturing

United Edge is dedicated to building quality products and it starts with our materials. We only use high-grade lumber, sheathing products, metal connector plates and nails to build your products. We also value the manufacturing process and only employ skilled workers who have been trained and exceed industry standards and requirements.

Each of our employees have extensive training in Operation Safety. At United Edge, we believe in maintaining a clean and safe work environment that contributes to a high quality standard.

Resolution Action Plan

An accurate, thorough on-site assessment of the situation will be conducted. It will be timely and within 24 hours of notification from the customer. A resolution plan that immediately satisfies customer must be developed and implemented – within 48 hours from initial notification.

United Edge will resolve issues related to product performance. We will fix errors caused by United Edge at no charge to our customers. Errors caused by customers will be corrected, and the costs associated with those corrections will be passed on.

As a general practice, we will review costs associated with resolving problems caused by customer error with the customer so there are no surprises at the end. At no time will “charge backs” be accepted or allowed.
